Our tandem trip around France
We’ve been living in Lyon, France for the last year. We decided to swap central London for a more laid-back place and have been learning French, trying out ‘la vie’ french-style and eating lots of good food.
We’ve just finished our work for the year (Sam’s been teaching English to primary school children and Dave’s been building websites), and we’re heading off on holiday. Horrah!
It’s going to be a holiday on two wheels… on a Hase Pino tandem, no less.
It’s a very special tandem: A recumbent on the front (which means Sam can see what’s going on) and a normal bike on the back (so Dave can be in control of the driving!).
We’re cycling around the south and south-west coast of France in July and August 2007… come join us!
